Learning Disabilities
Heritage Care is a leading provider of support for people with learning disabilities. We have over 18 years of experience of providing a range of services including supported living, residential care, short break services, packages for people with self directed support, community based day activities and outreach services.
Current users of our services may have a range of needs that require intensive support including:

- Associated mental health support needs
We have significant expertise in supporting people whose behaviour presents challenges. We have succeeded in supporting people to live independently with their own assured tenancies when previously they were in secure accomodation.
We aim to support each individual to integrate fully into their local community and live the life of their choice. This is based on a culture of person centred planning.
We have a reputation for developing services quickly, for successful change management and innovation. We have undertaken large scale reprovision programmes including large TUPE transfers. We are a leading provider in the use of assistive technology to help people become more indpenedent and reduce costs.
