Lincolnshire Services
We have managed services in South Lincolnshire since a large scale transfer from the NHS took place in 2000. Since then services have been progressively changed and developed and there are now mainly supported living, domiciliary services and short break services across South Lincolnshire supporting over 100 people in the towns of:
- Bourne
- Colsterworth
- Grantham
- Great Gonerby
- Morton
- Market Deeping
- Spalding
- Stamford
All services offer 24 hour support for people with a range of disabilities, challenging needs, autism and those who have a dual diagnosis of learning disability and mental health support needs. Many of these adults previously lived in long stay hospitals. Since 2000 we have supported adults who have moved into their own homes after leaving the family home. During 2007 we worked with South Lincolnshire County Council to support a number of people in a new housing development south of Grantham. Accommodation in this new development has been provided through a private landlord.
