We support people to live in their own home. Our service is designed around the needs of the individual. Our Person Centred Approach to planning our services means that we start with the individual and take full account of their wishes and aspirations.
Our services are located within local communities each having easy access to a range of local amenities. Assistance provided can take many forms such as offering help to use public transport and to access services in their local community.
Most importantly, users of our services are supported to maintain their home and are encouraged to furnish to their own personal tastes.
