Millbank contractors win prestigious award

Keepmoat Ltd (Bramall Construction Ltd) has won a Bronze Considerate Constructors Scheme 2014 National Site Award for their redevelopment of Millbank Residential Care Home for Heritage Care.

Millbank is home for 37 older people, some with a dementia. It is situated in the heart of Newark, Nottinghamshire. the redevelopment has created a unique and exceptional care home which retains its Victorian origins. It is owned and managed by Heritage Care and re-opened in 2013.

The award recognises that Keepmoat had shown the highest levels of consideration towards the public, its workforce and the environment through adhering to the Scheme’s five-point Code of Considerate Practice:

Respect the Community
Protect the Environment
Secure everyone’s Safety
Value their Workforce

This awarding body said the site was a credit to Keepmoat Ltd (Bramall Construction Ltd) and to the site team. Congratulations to the team on this award.
