Volunteer Trustees Wanted

Volunteer Trustees Wanted

Trustees do a very important job in overseeing the work of our charity.

The role of the Trustees is to plan and keep an eye on the strategic direction of the charity, review how effective the governance process is, help drive quality up and oversee the management functions which are delegated to the Senior Management Team. They act as a consultative forum, questioning, probing and sense-checking the decisions that are made at a senior level.

Our Trustees bring with them all sorts of knowledge and expertise, from running businesses or
charities themselves, to having real life experience of working in Social Care and Health settings.*

Heritage Care Trustees are very hands on, regularly visiting our services, talking to the people who use those services and seeing first hand the quality of the support our staff deliver.

We are currently recruiting and looking for people to join our Trustee Board. If you are interested in becoming a Volunteer Trustee for Heritage Care or want to find out more about the role then please get in contact with Janet Brazendale  on: 0208 502 3933 to request an information pack.

*NB Trustees can not be current employees of Heritage Care.
