The home has seven bedrooms spread over two floors and is completely accessible to people with mobility and sensory difficulties. A lift connects the two floors. Each person has their own bedroom and shares communal kitchen, dining and lounge areas. There is an accessible garden at the rear of the house. There are a variety of local amenities in Kenton, and nearby is the larger centre of Harrow.

Heritage Care is the Registered Provider, providing the care and support services within he home, and responsible for the management of the home. Paddington Churches Housing Association is the landlord, and provides housing management services.
